My dog ate a whole zero-sugar yellow cake with zero-sugar chocolate fudge icing, minus one slice, within the last hour. He is a 3-year-old, 85 lbs dog named Atlas, on prescription ZD food. He has not vomited yet but usually throws up anything else he eats hours later. What should I do?

My dog has been shaking his head like Stevie Wonder and it freaks me out. He does it while his tail is wagging and he's aware, but this has happened 3 times in the past 24 hours. I'm worried it's a seizure or something like that.
