My small 10 lb. house dog is panting excessively, won't drink, hasn't eaten, and can't rest. She has never panted like this before, and she pooped indoors for the first time. She has allergies and takes Temeral P. Her gums are pink, but I couldn't take her rectal temperature. What could be her problem?

Our dog had a seizure tonight, which is the first time we've witnessed this. She has been on Gentamicin Sulfate with Betamethasone Valerate 120ml 2x/day and Rilexine CW 150 mg 2x/day since 3/8/2013. Could these medications be causing the seizure? She was being treated for a hotspot.
