My small dog, Max, a 2-year-old mixed breed (Pug, Terrier, Poodle), started shaking a few hours ago. He had solid poops earlier but now has a mixture of solid and soft poop. He is shaking, slower than usual, and has not eaten for about five hours. He is current on vaccinations and has had tummy issues in the past. What could be causing his shaking and what should I do?

My dog ate green rat poison. It looks like she probably ate one block of it, but it’s unclear. No vomiting yet. We don’t know exactly how long ago. We checked on her around 6pm and just discovered it about 10 minutes ago. She is just shy of 50 lbs. The rat poison is Tomcat Mouse Killer Disposable Station for Indoor Use, and the active ingredient is bromethalin. My husband thinks she might have eaten 1.5 blocks. We have photos of what she threw up.
