My son accidentally sprayed my bearded dragon, Charlie, with a mixture of bleach and water from a water bottle. I've bathed him with Dawn soap and warm water, but I'm unsure if he got any of the mixture in his eyes. What should I do?

I gave my dog Mookie 16 mg of Cerenia, but he was only supposed to take half. He is 20 lbs. What can I do and what effect will it have on him? He had surgery to remove a mass on his intestine and is currently on medications. He is now in the hospital with symptoms of pancreatitis.
