I adopted a male dog 3 weeks ago who is approximately 3 years old and was neutered 4 weeks ago. He has been experiencing incontinence, leaking urine while resting or sleeping, and sometimes while walking. He is fully housetrained and pees outside normally, but the stream is uncontrolled. His incontinence doesn't seem related to excitement. Could this be related to the neutering, and what other symptoms should I watch for?
