My son's 1-year-old Beagle, Rex, had a seizure today, which is the second one in the past 6 months. He recovered quickly and was back to his normal self. He is healthy, up-to-date on his shots, and has normal growth and energy levels, except for occasional panting and a 'blonde look' with his tongue out and one ear flipped back. He also drinks a lot and eats aggressively. What could be causing these seizures, and what should we do next?

My dog, Luna, a Border Collie about 1 year and 3 months old, had treatment for a paralysis tick on Monday night at the cwt hospital and was allowed to come home on Tuesday. She is chewing everything and very distressed not being able to get out to the other dog. Our local vet said she had to stay inside and calm for the next week. Can I put her on the verandah with my other dog yet?
