My 3-year-old Lab mix, Sebastian, started developing severe hives/welts about two hours ago, mainly on his legs. I gave him a warm bath and children's Benadryl, but the welts are spreading and he's scratching more. He hasn't ingested anything unusual, but I sprayed our other dog with chlorhexidine shortly before this happened, and they were wrestling. What could be causing this and what should I do?
