My three-year-old Border Collie/Healer named Alder woke up in the middle of the night and vomited a mixture of fluid, foam, possible bile, and blood. He has a history of swallowing small rocks, but I didn't see him pick up any rocks during our walk. He weighs approximately 25-30lbs and is currently resting. What should be my next step?
