My three-year-old chocolate lab started limping tonight. I found medium-sized bumps on her front toe pads and a smaller one on the adjacent pad. They are dark-colored, sensitive to touch, and resemble blisters. She hasn't done anything unusual recently. What could this be, and what should I do?
