My toy fox terrier, Charlie, who is almost 6 months old, exhibits occasional aggression, particularly when being put in a harness, picked up, or restrained. He is generally sweet and smart but dislikes these actions, sometimes growling or biting. He shows no aggression towards other dogs or with food, bones, or toys. What can be done to address his aggression and improve his behavior?
