My two and a half year old spayed female dog just peed in her bed for the first time. She has never done this before. What could be the cause and what should I do?

My 10-week-old German Shepherd puppy, Luna, ate half a joint about an hour ago. She weighs 22 lbs and has been sleeping since. Before that, she had eaten at least 2 cups of food and drank about 3 cups of water today. She pooped this afternoon and had no known medical conditions. What should I do to help her?
