My two dogs, both Llewellin Setters aged 11 years and 4 months, have shown symptoms of inappetence, excessive salivation, petit mal seizures, and elevated temperatures. One dog also experienced tremors. Bloodwork revealed low platelets and white blood cells, but normal chemistry. The dogs have been on antibiotics and steroids. There are many mushrooms in the yard, and I'm concerned about potential mushroom toxicity. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further steps should I take?

My friend's dog, Baxter, ate a small amount of marijuana (about 1 gram) this morning. He's a 2-year-old dog weighing 20-25 lbs. He hasn't shown any immediate signs of distress, but I'm concerned about potential side effects. What should I expect and how should I monitor him?
