My 17-month-old French Bulldog, Weylan, has started pooping and peeing in his crate immediately after being put in. He has no medical issues, can hold his pee and poop for up to 12 hours, and doesn't show signs of separation anxiety. He has been crate trained since puppyhood and has recently escalated this behavior to include pooping in the crate and trying to get away from it. What could be causing this behavior and how can I address it?
