My two dogs, Norman (3 years old, 19 lbs) and Walter (1 year old, 27 lbs), licked up some spilled hair treatment from a package. The package contained the following ingredients: Water (Aqua) (Eau), Glycerin, Dimethicone, Cetyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Stearyl Alcohol, Isododecane, Tocopherol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Extract, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Bertholletia Excelsa Seed Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil*, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Mangifera Indica (Mango) Seed Butter, Astrocaryum Murumuru Seed Butter, Linum Usitatissimum (Linseed) Seed Oil, Aleurites Moluccanus Seed Oil, Isopropyl Alcohol, Butylene Glycol, Dimethicone PEG-8 Meadowfoamate, Neopentyl Glycol Diheptanoate, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Propylene Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate, PPG-3 Benzyl Ether Myristate, PPG-1 Trideceth-6, Polyquaternium-37, Benzophenone-4, Tetrasodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Citric Acid, Fragrance (Parfum), Limonene, Linalool, Red 33 (CI 17200), Ext. Violet 2 (CI 60730). The dogs are acting normally and have not vomited. Norman is on Atopica for allergies, and Walter is on Apoquel. What should I do?

My dog's temperature dropped to 97.7°F, she is licking at her feet, digging, and panting slightly. She is 63 days pregnant and has some yellow discharge when she pees. She is also nesting and licking her private parts a bit. She had a C-section with her first litter, and now she is trying to bite when I try to take her temperature. She is eating well but pooping in the house and her milk glands are enlarging and leaking. She started pushing a little bit and has a lot of fluid coming out. There are also drops of blood. What should I expect, and how can I help her?
