My two-year-old Labrador was recently diagnosed with a liver problem of unknown cause. He is on antibiotics, vitamin K, ursofalk, and denamarine. His condition was stable, but today he vomited undigested breakfast, is breathing heavily, and is restless, unable to find a comfortable position. Should I take him to an emergency vet?

My 10-year-old Australian Shepherd was diagnosed with a tumor three weeks ago. She threw up all her dinner this morning and cannot keep water down. The tumor is between the pancreas and liver, and she has elevated liver values. Should we take her to an emergency clinic?

My dog has been suffering from an unidentified condition that started with an ear infection and has progressed to severe head pain, facial drooping, difficulty eating and drinking, and inability to open her mouth. Despite multiple treatments including antibiotics, prednisone, and IV fluids, she has not improved. Blood tests were normal, and an MRI is unaffordable. What could be causing her symptoms, and what further steps can be taken to diagnose and potentially treat her condition?

My Bernese dog has been experiencing severe digestive issues since March, including an enlarged colon filled with gas, constant pain, excessive panting, significant weight loss (from 94-96 lbs to 78 lbs), and lethargy. Despite normal bloodwork and no signs of cancer, he has not responded to treatments with Metronidazole, prednisone, and Azathioprine. What could be causing these symptoms and what further diagnostic steps should be taken?

My 12-pound female Maltese poodle named Charlie ingested an unknown amount of semi-sweet chocolate chips around 6 hours ago. She has vomited once, her heart rate is 170, and she is breathing quickly, but she is not exhibiting restlessness, hyperactivity, or agitation. What should I do?
