My dog, Jake, has had orange-ish diarrhea for the last 24 hours, with large white pieces in the most recent poop. He vomited twice in the past 24 hours, once with food and once with bile. He has not eaten since 6:00pm last night. What should I feed him now, and should I take him to the emergency vet today or can I wait until tomorrow?

He's been using his foot to itch, but otherwise, he seems perky and his ear looks and smells normal. There has been no change in his diet, and he eats Nutrisource chicken and rice puppy food.
