My Welsh Corgi, Winthrop, is almost 2 years old and has shown a lack of appetite, lethargy, and rapid breathing without panting. He had a slightly soft stool yesterday afternoon and ate some pepperoni last night. He doesn't seem to be in pain and has no other symptoms like vomiting or diarrhea. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
