My dog, Missi, is blind and an insulin-dependent diabetic. She has several growths on her body, one of which ruptured on the back of her head. The vet prescribed Animax antibiotic ointment, but it caused vomiting and diarrhea, so we stopped using it. The wound is taking a long time to heal, and we restarted the cream. Now, she is vomiting and has had a completely bloody stool with no fecal matter. Should we take her to the ER now?

My dog, Stryd, has had diarrhea since Friday. He had loose stool after a turkey dinner, and I changed his diet. The next day, he had normal poop with a trace of blood. I continued the same diet but decreased the amount. He didn't poop after dinner, but during a morning run, he had normal poop followed by very loose stool with blood. After running 5 miles, he was fine, had breakfast, and drank water without any issues. For lunch, I included brown rice with spinach and white rice, and he immediately pooped with a lot of blood. What should I do?
