My dog ate chocolate. He's a 30 lbs dog who ate 9oz of Cadbury Royal Dark Mini Eggs about 4 hours ago. He has not thrown up and seems to be acting mostly normal but has recently become a little aggressive/hyperactive. What should I do?

My dog, Dollar, a 6-year-old miniature pinscher, poodle, pug mix, has been throwing up yellow/dark yellow bile around 5:30/6 am for the past few days. He usually eats a treat afterward but refused it today and went back to bed. He has soft stool but not more than usual, and he is itchy due to allergies. What could be causing this and what should I do?
