Despite our vet saying that nothing is wrong and our 11-12 pound Yorkie, Binny, is well, he has been having more frequent diarrhea and vomiting of bile and foam. Our vet put him on Pepcid, but he is still demonstrating the same symptoms, particularly the diarrhea. He has been eating a lot of grass lately, which is in the vomit and the poop. We are also concerned because our gardener planted some pulmonaria, which is toxic to dogs, but Binny has not eaten any of that.
