My younger dog, Stella, who is almost 3 years old, recently had another round of diarrhea. She has no other symptoms except panting a little before it happens. Her appetite has not changed, and she eats fast. Her stool is liquid today, and it's hard to identify due to recent rain. She sometimes eats leaves along the fence, but it has never bothered her before. We are currently strapped for money and cannot afford an expensive vet visit. What can I do to help Stella?
