Noticed a small, non-painful lesion (growth?) beneath a lower tooth in my dog, Pickles, an 8-year-old Havanese. The lesion is more flesh-colored than the rest of the mouth. Pickles is healthy, slightly overweight, and was an ex-breeder that I adopted and has been spayed. What could this lesion be and what should I do?
