Noticed a small, non-painful lesion (growth?) beneath a lower tooth in my dog, Pickles, an 8-year-old Havanese. The lesion is more flesh-colored than the rest of the mouth. Pickles is healthy, slightly overweight, and was an ex-breeder that I adopted and has been spayed. What could this lesion be and what should I do?

My dog, Cali, a 10-year-old weighing 10 lbs, was on doxycycline for Lyme disease for 3 weeks and developed a cough and lost interest in food. I stopped the medication, and she no longer has a fever or issues with her lungs or heart, but she still has no interest in food and now has bubbles in her nose. She had a growth on her vagina removed before starting the medication, which was cancer but completely removed. What could be causing her symptoms and what should I do?
