One of my Miniature Schnauzers has pulmonary hypertension and is on sildenafil 10mg every 8 hours. The other Mini Schnauzer is on 25mg Hydroxyzine 2 times a day. I accidentally switched their medications. Both dogs are around 20-23 pounds. Will the Schnauzer without pulmonary hypertension be okay with one dose of 10mg sildenafil? And will the dog with pulmonary hypertension be okay with one dose of 25mg hydroxyzine?

My 8-year-old Yorkie, Bella, is sneezing blood. She was diagnosed with a collapsed trachea and is on medication, but her condition has worsened with nonstop sneezing and now blood coming out of her nose. The ER vet suggested it could be cancer and recommended testing which would cost 2-3 thousand dollars. Could it possibly be a fungal infection, especially since this started after she visited the groomer?

My dog has been experiencing nausea (drooling, attempting to vomit but not productive), fever, lethargy, and loss of appetite. He was admitted to the vet hospital overnight, where x-rays and blood work were normal, but he was dehydrated. He was released with anti-nausea medication and is now drinking water and eating bland food when hand-fed. He is weak and in pain. He recently started going to doggy daycare and had a serious upper respiratory infection in August that took over a month to clear. He was prescribed doxycycline for this infection. What could be causing his current symptoms and what further steps should be taken?
