One of my puppies, Bigby, is peeing a lot and the urine is mostly clear like water. He also seems sad, has flat and floppy ears, and has barked out of nowhere a few times. His appetite is slightly reduced, and he has been lethargic for about 5 hours. Should I take him to a vet immediately?

My dog, Jinx, a 3-year-old miniature American Shepherd, has had level 6 diarrhea for 5 days and started vomiting about 10 hours ago. She has been drinking a little more water than usual and was very stressed during a recent visit to my daughter's apartment. She had some new dog treats and a calming CBD pill 2 days before she got sick. Her vomit is mostly foamy but has been liquidy with pieces of dog food twice. Her appetite has been good until this morning, and she has good energy except for a short period after pooping. What could be causing her symptoms, and what should I do to help her?
