My dog may have ingested rat poison. I'm not sure, but she was licking her lips near the trap. She hasn't vomited, but I gave her milk. What should I do?

I have two terrier mix brothers, Yoda and Tux, each weighing around 18 pounds. They managed to eat 2-3 small chocolate chip cookies each from a torn zip lock bag on the kitchen counter. They seem fine, but I wanted to ask someone who is trained about their condition.

My Australian Cattle Dog, Remi, who will be 2 in September, has been experiencing a hacking cough off and on for a few days, which has worsened tonight. He is breathing normally when not coughing. He went to doggie daycare on the 12th and is fully vaccinated. He has done this before around Christmas but hasn't had anything like this since then. What could be causing the cough and what can be done to help?

My dog, Daisy, an 8-year-old rescue, vomited white frothy, thick, jelly-like substance about an hour ago. She vomited two small times and once big. She hasn't eaten anything unusual and has been away from a rat found in the backyard. Should I be worried, and what should I do?
