Her energy level is lower but she still manages our twice daily 3-mile walks. She is not in pain and is spayed. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My 6-year-old female Boxer is struggling to urinate, attempting to urinate frequently but passing little urine and some drops of blood. She also seems generally upset. She was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a couple of weeks ago and has been taking medication once daily for that. Should I try to find an emergency vet at midnight, or is she likely okay until they open in the morning?
