Our 11-lb, 2-year-old Havanese has had loose 'army' green stools twice, followed by a smaller amount, and has vomited a small amount of undigested apple. He is playful, has no pain, and no lack of appetite. He is up to date on vaccines and takes Sentinel Spectrum monthly. No underlying medical conditions. What could be causing this and what can be done to help him?

My lab mix, Journey, has been experiencing diarrhea and feels warm to the touch. She had more bowel movements than usual yesterday and today, with some being liquid. She has no vomiting, weighs about 35 lbs, and has an almost normal energy level. She takes CBG drops for anxiety, but I don't know her medical history as she came from a shelter.
