Our 11-month-old Frenchie, Maximus, has very loose stool with traces of blood, refuses to eat or drink, and has a decreased appetite since yesterday morning. His energy level is normal, and he doesn't seem to be in pain. What could be causing this and what should we do?

My male pitbull, Strax, ingested about 1/4 cup of red caramelized onions about 10 minutes ago. He weighs around 65lbs and just turned 2 years old. I'm wondering if I need to bring him to an emergency vet or induce vomiting. Additionally, he ate a few bits of chopped cilantro from my taco, but everything else was unseasoned and okay for him.
