Our 2-year-old dog, Grizwold, has been vomiting today, with about 5 episodes. The vomit initially contained food, but now it's just liquid after he drank water. He may have eaten a piece of a toy recently, as we saw some pieces in the vomit. He is not lethargic, but a bit calmer than usual. He has no other symptoms besides vomiting, and his tummy doesn't feel hard. What could be causing this and what should we do?

We just moved into a new place and our dog, Isabelle (a 2.5-year-old Shar Pei), has been sleeping a lot and not playing like normal. This morning, there was blood in her poop.
