Our 2-year-old mixed breed dog, Tucker, took a 16 mg pill of Apoquel at 5 pm today and started showing signs of panting, dilated pupils, pacing, and difficulty walking, similar to hallucinations. He also had two vaccines today (DA2P4L and Borrelia) and some supplements (100 mg turmeric, 3 drops sunflower oil, 3 drops primrose oil, and fish oil). What could be causing these symptoms and what should we do?

My standard poodle, Lily, has been scratching constantly for 4 days. Our other poodle is not scratching at all. Lily last saw a vet over a year ago and is not on any medications. She is 3 years old and everything else seems fine, but she is up all night. I have tried Benadryl and a medicated shampoo. What could be causing the scratching, and what can I do in the meantime until I can get her to a vet on September 7th?
