My dog has eaten 2 empty sachets that had coumatetralyl (racumen) 36gm/kg. Would it get enough to poison? Has the dog vomited since ingesting the poison? Is there anything else the Vet should know before I connect you?

Hi, my dog is on day 5 of amoxicillin and acting nauseous in the hours after medication administration (gagging, panting). I wanted to know if it is okay to give her a Zofran oral tab for nausea. Her name is Natasha, she is an 8-year-old Catahoula, and she weighs 60 lbs. She just had a checkup and everything else looked great.
