Our 7.5-month-old Australian Shepherd, Jax, has kennel cough that has worsened significantly since yesterday. He is coughing heavily, wheezing, and coughing up phlegm. We are unsure whether to take him to another vet for additional medication or follow the usual protocol. What should we do?

My dog's anal gland has ruptured, and there is blood leaking out through a small hole. We plan on taking him to the vet first thing in the morning. What can we do to stop his anal gland from bleeding and ensure it doesn't get infected?
