My 11-year-old Airedale Pitbull mix, Kimo, has been lethargic, not eating, and showing signs of pain since yesterday. His poop is soft, and he's demonstrating abnormal postures such as holding his head down, tucking his tail, hunching his back or shoulders, limping, and dragging his feet. What could be causing these symptoms, and is there anything I can do at home to help him until I can take him to the vet?
