Our 9-month-old Labradoodle, Narra, had gastropexy + spay surgery 16 days ago. Her incision suddenly developed a red lump at the bottom after she ran around the house barking. She had diarrhea an hour ago but had been fine with bowel movements before. She is lethargic, possibly due to a mild sedative given for recovery. She was on antibiotics for five days last week due to an infection in the incision. Could the lump be due to her activity, and should we take her to the vet or will it get better on its own?

My 5-year-old dog, Ayla, has been pooping more frequently than usual, about 6 times since 8 PM, with smaller piles of normal consistency. She also peed blood recently and has been trying to pee more often. We switched her food 1.5 months ago, but she reacted fine until we opened a new bag yesterday.
