Our 10-year-old Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher mix, Juliette, has had intermittent diarrhea since arriving in Pittsburgh from Chicago one week ago. She has normal stools and energy every other day, but today she is lethargic and has her tail between her legs. She has a normal appetite but has had days when she wasn't hungry during the day but ate well at night. We are concerned about a possible parasite or worm, especially since she walks often in urban parks. She just had a full physical and is up to date on immunizations. How should we proceed with her care during our travel to Philly?
