My 5-month-old Corgi, Reba, ingested 1/2 to 3/4 of a regular marijuana joint about 30 minutes ago. She is currently very sleepy and wobbly. What should I do, and how long will it take for her to recover?

We have a puppy we just picked up, and he cut his neck. It probably needed stitches but did not get them, and now the cut smells bad. What should I be doing until I get him to the vet?
