Our Boston terrier/heeler mix Belle (11 years old, about 40 lbs) has had a sensitive tummy all her life. Last month, she suddenly vomited a watery, foamy puddle with flecks of blood and was diagnosed with pancreatitis. She also had dental surgery and was prescribed various medications. Recently, she started having soft stool with urgency, red blood, and mucus, followed by straining and vomiting. Her stool improved but still showed issues. What could have caused the bloody stool and would she be contagious to other dogs?

My female Kuvasz started peeing blood today. She has been chewing on her leg and making it bleed. Could she have an infection? She has a callous that is irritating her, causing her to chew it until it bleeds. I have tried keeping it wrapped, but she chews that off too.
