Our dog ate a ribbon and has thrown up a few times with some ribbon pieces coming out. There was also some ribbon in his stool. The dog is a 30-pound Jack Russell/Beagle mix named Bennie, aged 16, and is still eating, drinking, shaking, and laying around. What should we do?

My 7-year-old Chesapeake Bay Retriever has clammy and scaly skin inside his legs and belly, and he licks at it frequently. He also has inflamed nipples in the area. He has had scaly rashes before, mostly under his coat, which were treated with antifungals and antibiotics. This current issue is different. He hasn't been exposed to anything new. What could be causing this and what can I do to help him?
