Our dog, Fritzie, has been diagnosed with Cushing's Disease, a tumor that can be in two different places (pituitary gland or adrenal gland) and can be cancerous or benign. We live in Alaska where there are no specialists for this condition. My questions are: 1. Any input on Cushing's Disease? 2. A referral to a vet in Southern Indiana, Northern Kentucky, or Eastern Illinois that specializes in Cushing's Disease.

My dog, Moxie, has a small bump on her head that looks like a pimple but is hard like a cyst. The bump has a white head and there is no redness or inflammation. She doesn't seem bothered by it and is otherwise happy and playful. What could this be and how should I treat it?

My two geriatric dogs, Jeb (17 years old) and Binkly (13 years old), have difficulty walking when they wake up after sleeping for a long time. They become incontinent and their legs do not work initially, but they recover after a few minutes. They are both taking Phycox Max supplements. What could be causing this and is there a way to manage or fix it?

My 6-month-old puppy, Lady, keeps coughing up mucus. She was prescribed antibiotics and a steroid by the vet 4 weeks ago, but she still has days where she coughs up mucus. Her temperature is consistently 102.4°F. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My lab mix may have gotten into some dcon. He was scratching a lot last night and it bleeds a bit. I cleaned out my shed and it had dcon left by the last owners. I cleaned up whatever I saw and I got most of it. He has bald spots where he is scratching. Could this be dcon poisoning? Do I need to get him to an emergency Vet or can I take him to the Vet tomorrow?

We have a 5-year-old male Bernese Mountain Dog. Over the last several weeks, we noticed he was getting a raspy breath when he exerted himself, had less energy than normal, and his head has become very pointed due to muscle wasting around his temples. His gait may be stiffer than normal, but he doesn't limp. What could be causing these symptoms and what should we do?
