Our dog, Harley, a 14-month-old Beagle weighing about 15 lbs, has had diarrhea at 4am and 7am, vomited at 1:00pm and 9pm, and has been trembling since the last time she threw up. She hasn’t drunk as much water as usual and has only eaten a cup and a half of food. The vomit was liquidy and foamy with grass, but no food. She is up to date on her shots. What should we do to help her and what signs should we watch for to determine if she needs emergency care?
