Our dog, Lucas, was bitten by a spider several times. We've treated it with hydrocortisone, Benadryl cream, and now a Benadryl tablet. It's been several days since the initial bite, and his ear has become inflamed. He seems lethargic (possibly from the Benadryl), but his appetite is OK, he's drinking water, and going to the bathroom. What could be the issue, and what should we do next?

Our 15-year-old Cockapoo, Sunny, has been experiencing intermittent diarrhea for the past three weeks. He drinks plenty of water, has a good appetite, and has not eaten anything unusual.
