My dog is not eating. I first noticed this decrease in appetite 3 days ago. The dog seems to be losing appetite until powerless, but is not in any pain. The dog's name is Bush and he is 3 months old. What can I do to help my dog?

She also shivers more often, though she's always cold, and her breath is terrible. There's slight redness between some of her fingers, but no rash or discomfort when touched.
