Our English Bulldog, Zamboni, is experiencing issues with her third eyelid. We are unsure if it's mechanical or infectious and need to know if it's serious enough to take her to the emergency vet today or if we can wait until tomorrow to see her regular vet. She has a history of seizures but hasn't had one in 7 years, and she is currently on medication for seizures and recurrent UTIs.

I am concerned and unsure if I should take her in for further evaluation, especially since Banfield is closed for the next few days. What should I do?
