We found a “lump” behind my puppy’s right ear. It looks a bit more like a scab but not sure. Doesn’t seem to cause her a lot of pain. What could it be and should I treat it with something like athletes' itch cream Lotrimin?

My 5-pound dog accidentally got a 20mg Trilostane pill meant for my 38-pound dog. I have tried to induce vomiting but nothing so far. The closest emergency vet is an hour away. What should I do, and what symptoms should I watch for?
