Our poodle threw up twice today, just stomach acid, and is not eating much. She is acting listless and tired. I gave her a first dose of antibiotics and dog ibuprofen, but she threw up yesterday. What else can I do to help her?

Our dog, Piper, had a flea problem and we used Advantage II and then Frontline Plus, but her itching turned into a rash and her skin near her tail and anus is turning black. She also had balancing issues after a bath and her eyes look unwell. Is there anything I can do?
