My 15-year-old dog, Audrey, has had diarrhea for about 2 days and is not eating. She only drinks water in small amounts. She had a similar episode a week ago where she was briefly confused. She was given 1 1/2 Imodium last night. What should I do to help her appetite and digestive system?
