My 17-year-old neutered cat has been in good health but recently had a sinus infection treated with Clavamox, which worked initially but seems to have returned. My regular vet has no appointments until February 2021. Is there any way I can get another round of Clavamox for him?

My 4-year-old, otherwise healthy dog, named Luke, has been licking his feet excessively, causing hair loss. He is sensitive and likely has allergies, but hasn't been diagnosed. He has been on over-the-counter allergy medicine called Licks for a while, but the licking continues. He also has a rash and his feet smell like gym socks. His back used to smell bad but doesn't anymore. Additionally, he has been rubbing his eyes, though they are not red. What should I do to address his allergies and stop the licking?
