My dog takes Simparica Trio for ticks 6 months of the year. He was supposed to have his first dose for the summer on April 1 but I haven’t refilled his prescription yet. I have one pill left from last year which expired December 2022. Is it safe to give him this pill? He’s an 18-pound Schnoodle and is 2 years old.
