Hi, my pregnant dog has had wet stool at least 3 times today. It's midnight, so I gave her metronidazole for the night before going to the nearest vet in the morning. However, I just found out it's not safe for pregnant dogs. Will it deeply affect my dog's unborn litters even though I only gave 1 shot? She weighs at least 9-10kg and I gave her a dose of 3mL of metronidazole with a concentration of 125mg/5mL. Is that okay? Also, is it okay to mix her water with Dextrose Powder?
