My dog, BB, has a recurring fungus on her skin that looks like a thin layer of light grey mud in patches. She has been treated with antibiotics and antiseptic shampoo by her regular vet, but the problem keeps coming back. I want to find out what causes this fungus so I can treat the problem not just the symptoms. She licks her paws a lot and is on Iams Small Breed dry food, sometimes lamb & rice, sometimes the regular formula. She is also on Nexgard and Heartgard. What could be causing this and how can I address it?

I have a 7-year-old labradoodle named Lexi who has been recovering from a right rear ligament tear. Yesterday, she fell and now can't walk, possibly due to an injury to her left rear ligament. We are giving her pain meds and taking her to the vet on Monday. My concern is that she hasn't peed or pooped since yesterday around 5 PM. Do you have any suggestions to help her go to the bathroom?
